The Connable Office is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit (our “Website”) to learn more information about our company, services, and team without submitting any personally identifiable information. We will not collect any personally identifiable information without your knowledge. However, you may choose to share this information by completing the Inquire form on our Website requesting we contact you. This personal information includes, but is not limited to your name, phone number, and email address.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through our Website. The policy outlines how our office collects, uses, and manages this data.

Information Collection and Use

The only personally identifiable information we have access to and collect is information that you voluntarily provide us through the Inquire form. Should you choose to fill out the Inquire form, we will collect your first name, last name, phone number, email address, any information you provide in the comment field, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. This information is collected for two general purposes: to fulfill your request for specific information and services and/or to contact you directly should we receive your request to do so.

Our Website employs a limited use of Google Analytics to help us understand how users are engaging with the content. This enables us to collect information about user browser type and version, and the pages users view, and how users navigate through our Website. These also allow us to track how users accessed our Website and any links you click on to leave our Website. This data is used in aggregate and does not specifically identify you or any individual user of our Website. This information is used internally to track website use and inform future website features for our visitors. Users may set their browsers to block all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being set.

The Connable Office does not market any services to children and does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.  If you are aware we have inadvertently collected any such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.

Third Party Distribution

Your personally identifiable information will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties unless there is a need to disclose information to process a transaction or when the law requires it. Any other sites linked to our Website are not covered under this privacy agreement.

We will post all changes to our policy on this page and while not expected, if the changes are significant, we will provide a prominent notice on our Website. We will also retain all archived versions of this Privacy Policy for review by users upon request.
